How are you trying to turn on file vault ? Via the command line or the GUI? Do neither work?
I meant how are you trying to turn it off?

its already turned off, but i cant install 10.7

In terminal what does this command show?
diskutil coreStorage list

It should show if the disk is encrypted or not.
There are a lot of threads on the dev forums you might try there as well.

Does the system show an encrypted volume?
What is the error message in the system log when you try to turn it on?

i'm sorry. I'm not a pro when it comes to terminal and all that. I aint a geek :p

Ok. I was just trying to determine what the system sees the volumes as encrypted or not. Maybe you should wait until the release in July.

Yes, but i'm woried it won't work. Cause the instalattion application is the same

Go into the contents of the installer, burn the "InstallESD.dmg", start the mac you want to install on in firewire target mode (hold down T at boot), plug it into another mac, boot the second mac from your burned disk, and repair your target mac's disk using disk utility. Then you should be able to install normally. For some reason DP4 can be picky about these things.
