Does anyone have a number for the .Mac support people? I am having a billing dispute with them and they apparently are refusing to respond to my help requests sent over their website. The regular billing support at apple, im told, is completely separate from the people at .Mac. i am considering filing a small claims suit against them if i cant get them to respond.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, you should contact your credit card and issue an investigation. The credit card people will want you to explain the problem and what you have done/documented to have Apple relieve the situation.

Did you try 1-800-my-apple....I know it's for AppleCare but they might have a number to give you/connect you to them. Good luck
