Trouble with MMS

I need help my mom has an iPhone 3GS that's 3.1.3 and in the settings MMS is switched to on. However any pictures I'm sending her she is having to go to a website to view instead of it being in the chat window. Please help what can i do??

you may have to check that the correct mms setting are entered in the apn settings (how to get to apn settings) if there is nothing entered under the mms section you will have to fill it in with your opperator settings, which you should be able to find out through google
