Everything was working fine for a while. But during the past few days every time I go into the Zumimall Home Security App on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and try to view a video I get completely bounced off the app (crashes). I have tried clearing my cache/history to no avail. I did download a Zumimall update around the time this problem started. I am not very technologically savvy so I would need someone to "talk" me through a possible fix. My husband has an older iPhone model and has no problems. TIA
