Just wanting to wipe clean my 1.5 Ghz Mac Mini Intel Solo. I put in the disk to reformat and when I get to the screen to "Select a Destination" it gives me the red exclamation point next to my hard disk and a message saying "You cannot install Mac OS X on this volume, Mac OS X cannot startup from this volume." The option button is not an option either.
I thought that I'd just hook it up to my other computer and use the disk utility to wipe it clean and then try again. That did not help, still getting the same message and I cannot start up with nothing on the drive. It doesn't make sense to me because they're the original disks, I've done this once before without problems and the hard drive was perfect just seconds before I did this.
Any help GREATLY appreciated! Is there any way to fix this by connecting to my other Mac?
Thank you!
