I use the Voice Memos on my iPhone a lot for my work, but ever since I've upgraded to iOS 14, for some reason any new recording I make seems to be damaged when opened on some clients' phones via WeChat (I'm based in China). I've never had this problem before but it's getting frustrating. I'm not sure which phones are having this problem. I've tried the new touch-up button in the app, but otherwise not changed my settings. The audio file is exported as .m4a. Has anyone else experienced difficulties with Voice Memos? I've attached a screenshot of one of the affected devices.
