iPhone 13 Truecaller isn't working with iOS 15

Although installed (correctly I believe), the app just won't launch upon incoming calls, nor does the SMS blocking feature.
I've followed the instructions regarding what's needed to be enabled (the 4 steps toggling in the Phone settings + the same in Messages app settings), but the app just won't kick in.
The only thing I did notice is some useless notification.

Any help or suggestion to an alternative app will be greatly appreciated.
