Try this site for me

This is a default bookmark on Rogers phones.
It used to work fine but now it always hangs at the half-way progress indicator mark. The phone remains unresponsive to any input for several seconds.
I cleared the cache and everything but the problem remains.

Help me confirm that it's a server-side issue?

Same here. I'm on Rogers 3G currently.

The issue is most certainly on the website's end. It has nothing to do with your 3G connection. Something in the code is making it hang, and probably freeze up your iPhone as well. And by the way, serves you right for using Yahoo!
