Trying to buy a foreign film on iPad how do I buy it then get it?

Register a new account as a French account.

Recharge the account through third party or your own credit card, if you have one card issued by a local French bank.

Buy the movie.

Done.

I don't have a French address or credit card.

Registering a new account does not really need you to have a French credit card. And you can fill a place in France as your address. Unless, EU law or French law prohibits people from filling a random place as their account address.
Regarding how to get a gift card... well. You do need some google search.

I found out audio is only in French and not original language too :(
