trying to connect Jawbone to mac pro?

Hi Folks,

Finally bought into the bluetooth world with a jawbone. Works well so far with my iphone.

I'd like to use it with skype on my mac pro, but I can't seem to connect the jawbone. I turned both off, turned the mp back on, then ensured BT was on, then turned on the jawbone, but couldn't find it. it's sitting right here so it's not a long distance whatsoever.

Any thoughts? I did see one other thread where someone bought an iogear BT usb adapter and said it worked, but i'd rather not spend any more money.

Have you tried going onto bluetooth preferences?
You can set up a new device there.

Go to your Bluetooth Preferance Panel. What do you show in this panel:

Note my Mac Pro Bluetooth is off, I don't use it. But what are you showing as available devices.
