Universal Trying to find iOS app / motion sensor that vibrates my phone when tripped to wake me up silently

So I have a kid who likes to climb out of bed and I’d like my phone to vibrate when a motion sensor gets tripped. But the hard part is making my phone continuously vibrate long enough to wake me up. That isn’t possible I’m guessing?
