I have quite a bit of experience taking apart iMacs, replacing disks with SSD, replacing failed fans when it's happened a few times, but I have one which stopped powering on.

Zero response at all when attempting to power it on. First thought was the power supply. I have ~30 iMacs so one that isn't used frequently I opened to take the power supply from and test it in the dead iMac. Installed it but still no booting or response. When checking, the power supply is getting power, so it is working.

I'm unsure of what could be the cause if it's not the power supply. My guess (which I hope isn't correct) is the logic board.

Thoughts?
