Trying to sell

I am selling my phone in two hours and need to restore and take out my sim. I jailbroke using Ziphone so i changed the baseband. can someone give me descriptive details on how to do so?

I really don't care about the baseband i am just going to sell on craigslist and want to know if i hit restore it will be a factory settings and the next person can deal with it.

Restoring through itunes will knock it back to an unactivated state. But it will still be unlocked. But the new user will have to activate it again. Make sure you clarify this. Because if you show up to meet someone and they don't know squat about computers and see it's not activated they aren't going to pay.
