iPod Trying to transfer itunes purchases using ipod video but says no authorized

Most of the tv shows & films having transfered succesfully but some episodes arent transferring. It says im not authorized to play them on this computer.
I have deauthorized & re authorized again, quit itunes, restarted but it just wont do it

Are you certain all of the content is on the same iTunes account? Were the music/movies synced or manually managed (drag & drop) to the iPod? If the latter, select the iPod from the source list in iTunes, drill down to the videos and right-click on a piece of content and select Get Info to make sure you have authorized the computer with the appropriate iTunes account. If the former, you may want to let the iTunes Store support group know that you can't authorize playback of your purchased content and they can suggest what steps to take from there.
