Other Trying to use screen record to get a video from a website, but the video records with no sound.

Microphone on: records with sound at an extremely low volume. Not nearly loud enough.

Microphone off: no sound in the screen record video whatsoever. If I do it this way on YouTube or anything else, it works fine.

Suggestions?
