Apps TuneIn - Changing the list of Radio station on Apple Watch

TuneIn app is now supporting Radio streaming directly on the Apple Watch:

But I cannot find a way to add or remove Radio stations on TuneIn app on my Apple Watch.
Does anyone know how to change the list of Radio stations on Apple Watch?
