turboSIM tutorial link? (Preferrably with pics)

Hi there. Just got my turboSIM for my 1.1.2 OTB and wondered if anyone could please pass along the link as to how to make it work so I can unlock it. I'm a visual learner so any links with pics or a good video would be great!
