Turn of the fading lights on the keyboard? (Air and Pro)

The light sensor on both my MBP and my girlfriends Air makes the keyboard dim up and down all the time. Is there any way to keep the lights on the keyboard on at all times? Some third party application perhaps?

As my title says, download an App called Lab Tick. It will allow you to control the lights whenever you want, even if the light sensor senses they shouldn't be on!
