Is there any way to turn off auto nap detection in WatchOS 11?

I'm having the same problem with my Watch Series 9 as I've had with other devices. When I'm watching TV in the evenings it assumes I'm napping, even though I'm completely wide awake. WatchOS does note that I have periods of being "awake" during my "nap" but it still adds all of the non-sleep time into my actual sleep time. My actual sleep stats get all screwed up.

Does it really expect me to do jumping jacks every 20 minutes or something so it knows I'm awake?

Worth sending feedback to Apple too, it's likely they're still training the algorithms.
