iPhone Turn off data roaming for everything BUT email ?

Hi,

As everyone knows the new OS6 uses and incredible amount of data... Since I travel a LOT, I was wondering if anyone knows of any app that allows you to turn Off data roaming for all apps BUT email ???

It would be soooo much helpful.
