Hi guys, this may have already been discussed at length but I cant find much on the subject. As the header intimates, can i turn off Smart stacks??? I hate it....

No, has been bugging me since watchOS 10 when widgets were untroduced.

I do see some uses though, eg when using a timer double tapping brings up the timer, and, live activities from the Sports app might interest me but haven’t gotten it to work yet on my U2

You can turn off the „smart“ part and only keep cards that you selected and pinned.

More detail for those asking:

Press and hold on a widget in the Smart Stack to toggle its editing mode. Add widgets at will. "Pinning" a widget keeps it in place. There seems to be an undeletable widget that contains three customizable circular complications. Any other widget can be removed. Find and disable "Widget Suggestions" to prevent the system from adding stuff to the stack.

Thanks, that's what I couldn't work out how to do.
