turn off Wake Alarm when already using the phone?

how do you turn off Wake Alarm when you have already woken up and using your phone?

wake alarm rings and you get the notification on the top of the screen. if you swipe it up, the alarm rings again (snooze).. tapping the notification doesnt do anything - only swiping up works, but it also set the snooze timer.

Edit. Nice, it was working if you pull it down enough and it let you to choose snooze or off.

No worries. Just pull it down and it'll give you options ...

FYI many banner notifications give you extra options when you pull down, it's been the case ios 8, though ios 10 redesigns it.
