iPhone Turn on "Do not Disturb" and Turn off when I leave location

I would ike to set my iPhone and Apple watch to "Do Not Disturb" when I arrive at a location and when I leave the location it should turn off, how do I set that using either shortcuts or IFTTT

There might be a automated shortcut based on location eg activates when arriving at work but I don’t use the app myself so I can’t say for certain.

I do it manually by swiping down for Control Centre, long press the moon icon then you’ll see the screen I’ve attached.

This is mirrored across to your Apple Watch too.

It's even fast when you do it from control center on the watch. I love this feature.

Control Center is best bet, imo. Yes, can setup an Automation in Shortcuts to run at a location, but need to respond to the Notification to say "ok, do it". And in my experience, has been real hit/miss having the Automation to run.

So, I've been using watch or phone Control Center to activate.
