For about the past month, when I turn my WiFi on, a notification pops up saying Sign-In Required, already has my Apple ID showing and wants my Password. I swipe left, hit Clear and go on to use my iPad (12.9” Gen 2). So obviously I dont need to sign in. I have hard reset my iPad but that does not change the behavior. If I actually did sign in, when this first started, next time turning on WiFi, the request pops up again.
Anyone know how to stop this?

I had that with EVERY boot of my MacBook for a while.

I signed out of iCloud rebooted and signed in again.
It fixed it for me on my MacBook, might fix for your iPad too I'm not 100%.

worth a try?
