Turning off 3g with GPS

Hi, does anyone know of any apps that can turn things like wi-fi and 3g off and on based on location. I have to turn 3g off while at home cause the phone signal sucks, turning 3g off greatly improves it, but it would be great if there was an app to turn it on and off automatically based on my GPS location.

It is not possible with the current iOS SDK to enable/disable 3G or Wi-Fi from within a third-party app.
