Apps are not allowed to remotely control devices, let alone view or cast the screen. . Only AppleCare support representatives (and the occasional screen capture app that gets onto the App Store) have this ability if you provide them with your Apple ID.

You can alternatively remotely lock or erase your iPhone if you've lost it.
