All Devices Turning off work email's 'after hours'

I've got 2 email accounts on the standard mail.app and would like to turn of the work account automatically between 5pm and 7am and weekends, but naturally keep my personal email available 24/7.

Is there a way to automate this instead of going into the mail options and literally turning it off?

I wonder if you could create a Siri shortcut to do it.

Just had a look, well over my head that does look possible though. Looks like you can set it for when you leave work too. Need to get to grips with Shortcuts, never used it before.

Any experts here who can help?
