Does anyone use bluetooth headphones with their MBP? I have the Turtle Beach PX5 headphones, that I am trying to connect by bluetooth. They are not showing up when I try to connect them. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Thanks for the help. John

I'm using Lion on a MBP 2011 and they were detected without problems.

I didn't recall exactly how I did it but it was something like this:

- Go to System Preferences -->"Internet & Wireless" section --> Bluetooth
- Check the "On" and "Discoverable" checkboxes
- Click the "+" button at the bottom of the list of bluetooth devices to add a new one.
- Turn on the PX5 headphones and then keep pressed the "BT MFB" button for a few seconds until you hear "Pairing mode"
- Your MBP will find the PX5 and it probably will ask you to enter a password/PIN to pair your PX5 headphones. The default password is 0000 (four zeros)

If everything went fine you'll be able to use your PX5 headphones as an Output device in System Preferences --> Sound

Cool

Thanks flammverit... I was having trouble pairing my headset with my 2011 Mac mini but I followed your instructions, works perfectly, thanks! :) Now to try out the Dictation feature in ML...
