TV app has 1 🔴 and I can’t figure out why

Picture shown. I’ve looked everywhere as to why this is showing up. No notices in the TV app that I can find. No updates in the App Store. Puzzling...

How would I find out what show it was saying there was a new episode for? I watched a free episode of Stillwater (just to see what it was like for kids), but I’m not going to pay. However I got some notice in my iPhone that with the iMac purchase we now have 1 yr. of Apple TV for free? Didn’t think that was an offer...

Yeah that's kind of hard because there is no TV in Notification Center to check what's going on.
