I don't know if this has been posted but everything I watch in the OS TV app has 5-10% darker layer on top of it. I've noticed this both on Apple TV+ content and rented/bought content through the store. I've compared multiple scenes from Shrinking and Silo on both the OS App and the online web player and there is a noticeable difference - the latter being much lighter overall.

I have no idea why it happens – or how to fix it because it makes everything unbearable to watch. I would post a screenshot but that's not possible, I can take a photo with my phone if needed though. I have a Studio Display and even with the lights off in a dark room, I can barely make out many scenes in Silo. The one thing I do know is that it's not I do know it's not a codec thing as it wouldn't be a blanket overlay.

Has anyone else had this issue / know hot to fix it?

Here are some examples taken from my iPhone, there is some post processing happening in the camera app but you can see the issue happening.

Left is the web app – right is OS app.
