I had seen this issue before on my 4K Apple TV. My library of almost 3000 movies/TV shows was empty for over 6 months and then was magically fixed one day. Right after I updated to Catalina, the library is now empty again. I logged a support ticket with Apple over a week ago and they have no clue what is causing the issue. My Apple TV 4K has the blank library again too. I tried logging into a different account and am able to see a library so not sure what the issue could be. My library still shows fine in the the Itunes Movies and TV apps.

I'd check preferences in the TV app and make sure it's pointing to the right iTunes Media library. Then browse that library and verify movies/shows content is there.

There is no media Itunes library - everything is in the Cloud. So not sure what you mean.

Oh ok. I keep my media on my Mac's internal SSD drive. But if everything is in the Cloud, maybe verify you're connected correctly and your content is there.

Yes everything is connected correctly. All the purchases show in the Family Purchases screen and can be downloaded. It is the Library tab that is empty and not showing anything. Switching to a different account shows titles from that account. So it is not any of the settings.
