Sometimes when you buy a movie from the iTunes store the TV app won't load the cover image. Just a grey rectangle where the cover should be. Killing and restarting the app or rebooting the phone doesn't fix it. Does anybody know a way to force it to load cover images? My Apple TV loads the images just fine, so I know it's an iPhone issue.
