So, now that version 1.1.1 of the firmware is out, has anyone tried using the new TV-out features of the iPhone?

My home entertainment system doesn't have inputs for Y, Pb, Pr video cables, just the older analog RGB cables (Left audio, Right audio, and video). Does anyone know of any cables I can use to hook the iPhone up to this system?

Has anyone attempted to use any of the existing video playback systems that you dock an iPod into with your iPhone?

Just curious.

I was under the impression that you could plug the component video cable directly into the iPhone, without using a dock.

The dock does give you a remote though, which is nice.

Yes, you can do that as well, but none of the cables are shipping yet.
