I'm thinking about getting an ATV. My questions are,
1. When I watch a TV show trailer on Front Row (alum iMac) the picture quality is really not that great. Is the picture quality significantly better when played on the ATV?

2. What is the best way to set-up external HD's for ATV content? I have an airport extreme (N).

Thanks in advance for the help. I want to buy one but, I am not sure at this point if it can replace netflix.
