Hey guys, I've been using TV time to keep track of my TV viewing for a while now, but when I for the first time today tried posting a comment with an image, I was shocked to see that the app took me right to my camera roll without having to asking for permission to access it. I checked settings and there is no option to enable or disable photos access, but it's able to access it anyway!

Have you guys ever seen an app that is able to bypass iOS privacy permissions like this? Is there someplace I can report this? More importantly, should I report this or am I just being paranoid?

I'm using the app on my XS Max on iOS 12.3 and running the latest version of the app which is 7.6.4.

That app has a terribly invasive privacy policy.
Clearly, but isn't apple's app review process supposed to prevent such apps from getting through? And even if it did get through, I am just really surprised that iOS has no safeguards to prevent an app from gaining access to the camera roll like that.
