TV Tuner/PVR for Mac Mini

I am using my Mini to run XBMC on my living room TV and I was hoping to take advantage of the Frodo release of XBMC and use it to watch/record live TV. I was wondering if there is any external devices that will work to allow me to watch digital cable (by inserting a cable card) and to view TV from within XBMC and be able to rewind/fast forward/pause and record. I need it to have at least a dual tuner so I can watch one show and record another, allow for premium channels (HBO) and allow me to ditch my cable box to save me $12 a month.

On windows you can use WMC and an HDHomeRun Prime with cable card support.
