TV tuner

I know that eyeTV is a tv tuner option for the iMac, however, my recently deceased PC was a media center PC, and i really enjoy that aspect. Can i use the TV tuner from that. The model is Hauppage WinTV PVR-2 personal video recorder. I believe Hauppage released a similar model for macs in white, howver i do not want to spend another $120 for the exact same product. i attached some pictures.

I see why it wont work on a mac! Its spelled backwards which is normal for a Gates Machine!
