tv2 does not play video's

I converted a couple of .mkv video's with MKVTools and added subs with Subler.
I used pass Thru for Video with all movies and for audio I used AC3 5.1 and 2ch. AAC.

I used all the same settings for the output files and none of the movies will play except for one.

If I check the info in QuickTime it says that the total bitrate of the movie that plays = 0. All other movies have a total bitrate between 3000 and 5000.

A little help please?
 
Dump the original file in MediaInfo mac and paste the output, please.

It's likely that the profile that's in use is High@L4.1, AFAIK the ATV only supports High@L3 (Apple docs say highest supported is main, but even their 720p content uses high :rolleyes:).

Also make sure that track 1 is AAC.

If it's is due to the profile, you'll have to re-encode the video.
