Since going from tvOS13 to 14, now on 14.4 (18K5780c) programs that were paused and left long enough for the Screensaver to start, the Program starts play and you can hear the audio from it underneath the screensaver images. When the screensaver is canceled the screen reverts to the program and it's running as if never paused.
