iPhone Tweak for customizing Touch ID functions?

Are there any tweaks that allow me to make it so double tapping the Touch ID invokes the multitasking instead of the useless one handed mode? If it could make it so you don't actually have to click the home button to unlock your phone, but just simply place your finger on it and unlock the phone, that would be great as well.
