iPhone Tweak for replacing NC full screen handle with pop-in status bar

You know the little handle you get when you attempt to bring up NC while in a game or video? I saw a tweak in a video recently that replaced that handle with the regular status bar, making it easy to check the time etc. Anyone know the name of the tweak? It might be part of some larger tweak like SBSettings or something like that.
