Tweak for tunnig 3D touch Peek a Pop...?

Hello,


I am finding tweak which additional function on 3D touch Peek and Pop.

If I open some web link in safary by 3D touch, I have preview of page and I can scroll up and under window with page I have more options. In this moment I would like in this preview I want to scroll down and up the page. i hope that you understand what I mean.

Do you know about some tweak for this action?
