Could a jailbreak tweak be created that would allow google maps to access contacts? And allow contacts to be created from maps search results?

Could a jailbreak tweak be created that would allow google maps to access contacts? And allow contacts to be created from maps search results?

I have one that does the opposite... it's called MapsOpener. It opens addresses in Google Maps instead of Apple's Maps app. For example, if you click on a conctact's address from within your contact list, it goes right to Google Maps. However, it doesn't seem to work with Siri search results.
