iPhone Tweak(s) Recommendation Similar to Multitasking Gestures/Zephyr

Im looking for a tweak that will move the control center up into the Notifications drop down as it was with Multitasking Gestures and also a tweak that will allow to swipe up from the bottom to close apps/return to the home screen.

Is there anything out there yet like this? Hopefully an all in one tweak but multiple tweaks would suffice as well.
