iPhone Tweak that allows control center to be themed?

What control center tweak is required to theme control center toggles? Is it cctoggles? Or ccsettings? I can't remember which one is recommended.

Nothing is required. There are some iOS 8 themes that have incorrect file names and can't theme the CC as advertised.

I used springtomize 3, it gives the option to color cc anything you want, and notification center... Plus a lot more... It's the best I've found because you can change the opacity also to make the blur more or less

Ios 8.1.2

Also just so you know I used this with cc settings installed also... Then themed from sprintomize from settings and had zero problems
