Tweak that allows you to switch music in sleep mode

I've been looking for the tweak that allows you to swipe left or right in sleep mode while you listen to music and it switches the song. Also if you double tap the screen in sleep mode, it pauses or plays your music.

I just use Activator and press and hold the volume buttons to skip tracks when screen is off
