i just asked this question last week and no it does not exist, i ended up just making a custom one and replacing the files in the directory for the phone app, using funbox and ifile to figure it out. I am thinking about making a few custom themes and selling them on bigboss but idk if i want to take the time. What color/style are you looking for?

This is a retro phone dialer (like a payphone).

Both work on my iPhone 5. The black dialer I just found today. Apparently it was released today. Haven't searched any further though because a black dialer is what I wanted.

It's not much, but at least it's two more than none. Both Winterboard themes by the way.

EDIT: Just found another new release on Cydia. Dark Dialer. iPhone 5 only.
