iPhone Tweak to change/block lockscreen album art?

I'm playing japanese music on my iPhone and I'm working out at the gym. When my phone goes to the lockscreen it shows you the album art and not your lockscreen wallpaper.

is there a tweak to make the lockscreen NOT display the album art? It's embarassing when I'm at the gym lifting heavy weights, when i want to change track via lockscreen and this picture of an anime girl appears. I'm scared people at the gym will look at me funny and think I'm a weakling.

In example, this is the type of album art that would appear when I'm trying to change next track. Call me paranoid, but I have to hide it at an angle so that nobody but me at the gym will see the album art.

*edit* - I checked the cydia tweaks (lockscreen) and couldn't find anything. Maybe someone could guide me in the right direction? D:

Springtomize has a setting to disable lockscreen artwork. I think that's what you're looking for but I don't use the ipod on my phone so I can't confirm.

I've used this trick since iOS 4, still works in iOS 6.

Glad to help! Personally, I generally don't want the world around me to know my tastes run from classical to disco to the raunchiest Nine Inch Nails stuff either. This is one of the first things I do post jailbreak, silly as it may be. It's a super simple thing to edit right in iFile.

I'd be interested in whether or not the Springtomize version worked as well. I dug this up after a fair bit of searching long before that tweak was released in Cydia. It's not reason enough for me to buy, but it would be nice to know for those who already have Springtomize installed.

Springtomize works, I use it. I hate the reflection album art has on lock screen so that's why I use it.

And so so glad people still listen to nine inch nails. I can't wait to hear his tour dates for later this year! I am definitely hitting up a show or two. I would love to have picked up some tickets for how to destroy angels, but the dates around where I live I have to work =( for NIN I will skip work though lol
