iPhone Tweak to control vibration with silent switch

Is there a tweak that allows me to choose which sounds vibrate in silent mode?
I'd like to have my ringtone and text tone vibrate only in ringer on, but only have the ringtone vibrate when in silent (so text tone doesn't vibrate). If anyone knows how to do this, please help! Thanks.

You might taker a look at Ringers & Tones, or if on iOS 6.x RingerX VIP (the iOS 6 version).
