iPhone Tweak to enable iCloud video streaming over cellular?

Videos in my iCloud account are only able to "stream" on wifi.

Is there a tweak to enable streaming/downloading over a cellular connection? I've tried 3G Unrestrictor, but it doesn't seem to work for the built-in Videos app.

iPhone 5 on iOS 7.1 b2.

Yeah, I tried enabling both of those, it still doesn't work.

Is this since ios 7 as I'm sure the issue was fine in ios6

Anyway playing a music video still works have you tried retagging a film as a music video? I'll try when I get the opportunity...

Yeah, I believe it's a new restriction in iOS 7.

I'm not sure how to retag videos from the iTunes Store, but I'd be interested to know if that works for you.

The only other thing to do is download then delete but it's a pain!

That's why I was hoping there was a tweak to get around that.
